Delete your account

You can delete your Yarrow account and personal data in two ways:

Option 1 — in the app (recommended)
Open Yarrow → Settings → Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — on this page, without the app
Send us a deletion request by email:

Or write manually to yifei4trade@gmail.com with the subject "Yarrow Account Deletion Request", including the email address of your app account (and your registered birth date, so we can verify it is really you).

What happens next

We verify the request is yours, then delete your personal data within 7 days.
Deleted: birth details, name/nickname, gender, email, your card and report history, app settings.
Kept (with identifying details stripped): anonymous accounting records we are legally required to keep, and anti-fraud records.
We confirm by email once deletion is complete.
